guys/gals i got a 09' with a 5.4L. engine is stock except for a K&N filter (not whole intake system). when it wars up and i attempt to power break it, at about 1K RPM it has a rattle/clunking noise that seems to be coming for the passenger side bank. i have TRUE dual exhaust and i whatever this issue is, i can hear a slight miss at the tail pipe. i replaced the passenger side VCT sensor, but no change. also while driving it sounds like it has a exhaust leak, but cant hear it while sitting in driveway revving it up. no performance seems to be affected, but it is annoying as heck, i like the sound of the exhaust...NOT a rattling and clicking noise.

when i unplug the VCT solenoid on the right bank the noises go away, but there is obviously a power loss. which is now making me think its the phaser. if you have some input please let me know. Thanks in advance.
