rough ifle after sitting indoors for 48hrs+

Ford F-150 FX4 V8 4.6 170000 miles.

My truck sits Saturday and Sundays in climate controlled garage. I start it up every Monday a.m. and idled fine. As soon as I put it in reverse to pull out of garage in idled/runs rough for about 1 minute. Then it's fine everyday, only after sititing for 48+ hrs.

Any ideas or help would be great!

What year?
Considering that it only happens after a "some what" extended sit. You Might have a weeping injector. ?? Or a weak fuel pressure regulator.? possibly a small vacuum leak?
When was the last time you had the spark plugs changed ??
