I meant the diameter, thread, length.. Sorry should've specified that

 

Not sure about the length, but I think it's a M12x1.5

The strength should be stamped on the head of the bolt. It's probably 10.9 or 12.9

I assume you're missing the bolt, so You can always take the bracket off the block and go to your local nuts & bolts retailer to match one up with a washer. Doubtful that you'll find one with the same size head on it.
