5.4 engine identification

There is a sticker on the drivers side valve cover that says 7G884ab and a smaller sticker on the rear of the cover that says d02 along with a bar code.
The truck is a 1997 f250xlt CNG otherwise.
The owner I got the truck from had had the engine replaced for some reason or another about 7 Years ago. Interested to know more about this engine???????
Any idea what year and what known issues there may be with this engine I have based on the engine numbers.
Truck is a dedicated CNG and I want to convert it back to gasoline,, any tips would be awesome.

As far as I can tell based on the 7G884 number you have a 1997 NON-NGV/CNG engine there.

It's a normal 5.4.

That seems like good news to me. I do have all the original CNG parts hooked up to it still and it runs. When i first got the truck i had planned to replace the tanks etc and keep it a CNG truck but the costs assiciated with getting new CNG tanks etc puts this old truck out of reach realisticly. Plus no where around here to fill up the thing.
What is involved in switching back to gasoline?
I would need a gas tank and lines for sure but not sure what else needs to change on the motor or computer etc??
I am unable to post pics here yet so the links below are to some pics of the truck off my site. I appreciate any thoughts you might have!!

To be honest in my 20+ years in parts with a couple of the busiest parts departments in the country I've never had any dealings with CNG vehicles, I don't know what all the differences are but I'd guess that finding a parts truck to rob parts off of is gong to be your best bet.
