2004 (old body) style 4.6 to 5.4 super charged

G'day I got a 2004 ford f-150 heritage (03 body style) with the 4.6 in it. Now I was just wondering what all I'd need to do a swap from my 4.6 to the supercharged 5.4? I don't care if it's the lightning 5.4 or the Harley 5.4 supercharged.
Thanks very much

Ideally, a complete donor truck. But to start with, you'll need a complete engine, trans, PCM, and a tow to the dealer to program your keys to the PCM and instrument cluster. That's the basics. I strongly recommend swapping to the 9.25" axle as well. The 8.8" in yours may be ok if you don't beat the out of it or tow/haul heavy loads. A V10 swap would probably be a better bang for the buck. You can search the forums (search button above) and you will find more specific answers on swaps. They've been done many times.
