Here the problem. Over the last week my 5.4 3v triton has started giving me issues. 90k miles on it. The problem is while at idle stop lights/ drive thru etc. It develops a shake which clears up with a little throttle. Theres no changes in my rpms when this happens. Doesnt do it everytime just random. The only time it stalled out completely I got codes for camshaft position sensors, replaced them both. Throwing no codes when this happens. Ive took the throttle body off and did a cleaning with the maf sensor also cleaned. Has anyone else had this problem or tell me where else to try looking? Could it be a transmission issue? Ive noticed a hard shirt from 1st to 2nd at times now kinda like a shift kit. Any help will be appreciated

 

Have the spark plugs ever been changed?

 

The plugs got changed about 5k miles ago.

 

What about the COPs?
