New to forum. I just purchased a 04 F150 XTS 4.6L 126.000 mile on it
I Drove it home and it was fine I went to drive it up to town yesterday and it stopped running i opened the hood and a battery cable was loose so i tightened it up and restarted it.The check engine light and the wrench light was on and the negine would start and idle but when i push on the gas nothing happens.It appears that they replaced the Electronic Throttle Control on it but not the Throttle Position Sensor.Should i replace that first? Truck is sitting on the side on the road so figured i would start there unless there are any other suggestions.

So i did find out that 2 of the codes that it threw with the previous owner where P0121(Circuit Performance Problem) and P0122(Circuit Low Output) both of these from what i'm reading are Throttle poistion sensor codes
