Ok my 01 f150 with a 4.6L has been running me in circles. It started idling rough and thru too lean codes on both banks. It had a vacuum leak leak which I fixed and that killed the code. It has 224k miles so I decided to do some maintenance and cleaned the MAF and throttle body and replaced the IAC. Idle problem is fixed. However after I did all that is has started accelerating rough when I first start driving. After engine is warm I can feel very little roughness but still present. Any ideas? It's time to change plugs and coils which I plan to do soon but any other ideas?
