Hey, I got a 02 f150 fx4 5.4l
Im trying to get a stage 2 cam. Tired of my brothers harley truck
Mocking me. What brand would be best to do the upgrade?
And what else would I need to change. like lifters and spring etc

Cams aren't going to do much for you. You need a supercharger.

 

Cams aren't gonna make it much faster, just make it sound awesome. To have someone install them, they're almost $2k.

 

cams on a next to stock truck will probably slow you down



get some boost and stop playing

 

A ton of work doing cams for little gain...blown is what you want
