Coolant fitting

I was driving my 99 f150 with a 5.4 in it and kept smelling antifreeze and the heat wasn't working half the time i said great heater core going out. The temperature was normal then i stopped steam everywhere i found the problem but the dealers have no idea what its called and keep giving me wrong parts. They even looked at it and cant figure it out. Does anyone know what this is? Where I could order one ?

Is it near the thermostat housing? If so, it's F85Z-18599-AA. It's either that or the intake.

That is on the coolant crossover. Part of the intake manifold. Pretty sure that coolant line goes over to the passenger side of the throttle body.

I bet you can still get a hose on there with a clamp? They normally bend upwards but I would try to get a new hose on there. Otherwise, junk yard maybe? Probably only found on the 99's. They went to a composite intake after that and it was deleted.
