97 ford f150 4.6 running rough

I got a 97 ford f150 4.6l tht was sitting for 4 years cuz of broken shackle. I fixed the shackle, fresh gas, changed the oil and filter, New spark plugs and wires. Now it is running really rough. Idles really low and rough and almost stalls out when pressing the gas. CEL on with cylinder 7 misfire and bank 2 system too lean codes. Any advice

New fuel filter and Techron in the gas. You have gummed up injectors.

I forgot to mention I already replaced the fuel filter and put Lucas oil fuel treatment in gas

As stated above, use Techron in the gas, not Lucas.

Do u think clogged injectors would cause the cylinder 7 misfire?

Yes. You already replaced the plugs and wires, the only ignition component left is the coil pack.

Your injectors HAVE to be gummed up if it's been sitting for 4 years.

It will start up the 2nd or 3rd crank. It will sit there and idle ok until u hit the throttle and it will baug way down to almost stalling. It revs up good when u get the rpms up. When I put it in gear it idles way down and it has almost no power when hitting the gas to where its not drivable

Test your fuel pressure. There's a port on the fuel rail and you can borrow a gauge from a parts store. Your fuel pressure regulator on the rail may be shot.

Well I tested the fuel pressure today and with the key on engine off there was no pressure at all and with the engine running there between 10 and 20 psi.I put on a fuel pressure regulator I got from the junkyard but still no change. The fuel filter wasn't clogged. The fuel pump is still working cuz I can hear it and I used it to pump all the gas out once. When I first got the truck the filler neck where u put gas in at wss completely rusted out. It has big rust holes in it.im thinking some of the rust frm the filler neck got down into the tank and is clogging up the fuel pump. Does this sound like a possibility?

yes that is a possiblitiy...but you fuel pressure is too low....you need a min of about 30psi.

No, the only fuel pump is in the tank. The only thing between the pump and the rail is the fuel filter. It's possible that the junkyard FPR is bad but more likely the pump has issues - possibly just a clogged sock.

You need to drop the tank, clean it out, and go from there.
