No one added any oil to it at all , it was probably somewere around 20 outside and yes 5.4. Yea on the alternator was oil so i guess it got blown up to it i dont know tho... Is there a seal somewhere that typically goes bad on the fromt end around 200 thousand?

Nvm lol i found my problem.. Theres a small hole punched in the valve chain cover right under the watr pump , im goina pull it off to see what caused it and probably change out the chain tensioners and all that.. Any suggestions i need to know
