F-150 20018 Appears to be misfiring

I have a 2008 F-150 with a 5.4 V8 with approx. 75,000 miles. When I coast down between 45 - 55 and then reaccelerate, it jerks. I don't believe the transmission is slipping, but the engine is jerking or misfiring. No engine light is coming on and nothing is registering on the computer read-outs. I have run a couple of high grade tanks of gas through it, some on a long trip and one through city driving. Any thing else to look at or do?
