2002 4.6 multiple codes, help

My dad had a 2002 F150 4.6 V8. Apparently he has had some issues with it for a while and just asked me to help him out. It has no power, and almost seems to be missing. I hooked up the OBDII and through my TORGUE app pulled the following codes:
P0132
P0135
P0141
P1132
and pending P0136

I see that they are pointing to O2 sensor but i don't know which ones and where they are located. I also know that even though that code is showing that, it does not mean that the 02 is the guaranteed problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Bank 1 is passenger side and Sensor 1 is the one closest to the engine, before the cats.

P0132 - Bank 1 Sensor 1 high voltage - bad sensor or wiring.
P0135 - Same sensor, heater issue. Same cause.
P0141 - Bank 1 Sensor 2 (after the cats) heater issue, same cause.
P1132 - Another Bank 1 Sensor 1 issue. However, that's usually caused by a leaking fuel injector, stuck open EGR, or worn out engine.
P0136 - That's Bank 1 Sensor 2 low voltage, bad sensor or wiring.

I would start by replacing the front passenger side O2 sensor, clear the codes, and go from there. Use only a Motorcraft or Bosch sensor.

Thanks for the help. I'll try and switch it out today. As far as the condition of the motor, it was rebuilt 3000 miles ago. Hopefully the O2 will solve it but if not I'll replace the ERG.

You don't just replace the EGR - you follow troubleshooting procedure. There's more to the system than just the valve itself.

Okay. Hopefully I won't need to, but if so I'll try to look it up. Thanks again.
