P0174 Code? System Too Lean?

My 2001 F150 is giving the P0174 Code, Bank 2 System Too Lean, whats the most likely culprit? o2 sensor? MAF sensor? Vacuum leak? I think a couple years back I got this code and some O-rings had to be replaced from a vacuum leak but I am wondering if it is something different this time since they should last longer than that. Thanks for the answers ahead of time.

In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Consult your service manual for it's location if you need help. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with maf cleaner. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling

Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary

Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure

Also, exhaust leak on the driver's side upstream of the O2 sensor can cause a P0174.
