its come time to replace the phasers and timing components on my 04 FX4. I have a 5.4 with a 134K miles on it. I have had noisy phasers since i have had the truck, 5 years and 50K miles ago. My major concern has been the recent increase in chain chatter I have been getting. Its has recently gotten prominent while driving and is even worse during start up. I have recently got a P0022 pop up which I am attributing to a left Cam VCT solenoid. Below is a list of parts I a getting. I will post pics and my progress of the repair.
