Replace FFV longblock with Gas Longblock?

Hi everyone. I have a 2007 F150 5.4 4x4 with a FFV motor. I want to replace the long block and have found a reasonably priced one but it is a gas only longblock. Will this prove a problem? I am swapping over everything from my existing motor (injectors, ECU, etc.)...

Why do you want to replace your block?

From what I was told it is all in the injectors and fuel deliver. The long blocks are the same.
