I am going to change over to electric fans in my 2001 screw 4x4 5.4 and was wondering what type would fit off maybe another vehicle or if an aftermarket style that works good. Please respond with help I want Input before I buy thanks

I have aftermarket electric fans on my 2001 XLT (flex a lite) and really like their the operation. I have been told that on our generation f150's crown vic's and lincoln town cars have good parts for donating. Should be lots of them around salvage yards.

Yeah it was a bucket of money for the setup but the reduction in fan noise alone makes makes the change worthwhile, both city and particularly highway, extra water pump life, gain in horsepower, much better low speed engine cooling and a/c operation and better fuel mileage. All works for me!
