Engine Swap

I have a 2000 F-150 with 5.4 well worn engine. I have been offered a 2008 5.4 3v with only 9000 miles on it. My question is how much will have to be done to make this work? Will my computer have to be changed? Also I'm planning on supercharging, any thoughts? Any information will be appreciated, thanks.

I don't recall seeing ANY successful 2v to 3v swaps here.

What does "offered" entail? You can get it on the cheap? Or even better, free? If either, buy/get it, sell it, get a 2v, and have some fun with a badass 2v!
