Expedition cranking problem

My wife has a 2003 ford expedition 137k miles 4.6 two wheel drive auto transmission. When she goes out in the mornings to go to work she cranks her truck. The truck just spins over for about ten seconds then fires up with a bit of hesitation then smooths out and runs fine. It does this anytime the truck sits for more than an hour or so. If she drives it and cuts it off then cranks it right back up it starts right up and runs fine. She also has a bit of hesitation going up hills or under loads. One coil pack and all plugs have been recently changed. I took it to the ford dealer and they don't know what's wrong because they said it didn't do it with them but when I picked it up it did it with me. Please help I dont want to change a bunch of parts and it still not be right.

I would check the fuel injectors to see if one is leaking a little.

Forgot to mention if you turn it on and off about 5 or 6 times it helps to crank it.

Fuel pressure gauge test.. Put a new fuel filter on it lately? Stick a fuel pressure gauge on it.. Should read no less then 30 psi preferably 38-42
