HELP Please!!

Here's the history;

I bought this truck as a project, the factory 4.6W was seized and this dude bought it, then bought a 4.6R from a crown vic with 30K miles for it. He took it to a guy that pulled everything apart and bailed on the project. It sat for a couple years then I bought it pretty cheap

So i got the engine in, but due to financial issues i had to reuse as much as possible(hoses and what not).

Items replaced:
Plugs, wires, and coil packs
Intake, pan, valve cover, exhaust gaskets
IAC valve
DPFE sensor
egr solenoid
water pump
PS pump
Fan clutch
I put in a set of injectors that had about 20K miles on em
PCM(twice)
and various items not related to engine

I put about 3000 miles on the truck at home(FL), and everything was looking great so I took a job out here in Colorado(1941 miles away from home). She made the trip with no complaints until we started going over these mountains daily. The fan clutch seized up, and the PS pump started whining bad, so i replaced them and now...

The problems im having
P0171(been happening from the start)
P0430-new
Gas tank pressurized-New
Radiator fan loud(even after i replaced the seized clutch last week)
Today while heading up the mountain around 4000RPM I heard a squeal that sounds like a cut carb gasket(yes i know the truck is FI)

I cant find any cracked hoses, or anything obvious..

Overall it runs smooth, starts easy, and idles smooth. I'm 2000 miles away from home with limited tools, and funds so any help yall can give would REALLY be appreciated!!!
