shaking 05 f150

I was going to pick up my brother's friend for him and he lives down a old road with large pot holes. i I hit one of them the wrong way and i guess hit something. I got back on the highway after i had picked him up and my truck started to shake and shudder as i accelerated, the higher the speed i went, the more it shook, and by the time i was up to 55, it felt like my bed was about to fall off. I talked to my dad about it, but he couldn't tell me much since he's overseas right now, but he thought my wheels came out of alignment. I assumed this was the problem until left it to sit for a day and turned it over and it didnt shake at first, but i put it into drive and then back into park and it still shook, not badly, but it still was shaking.

Could also be bent suspension or a bent wheel.

update on shaking!! havent been on here in a while but it was crazy how it played out... i was in the process of going into town to get it worked on and stopped at my grand father's to get his .02 on it and it stopped shaking as i was driving away.... it confuses me just as much as it will probably confuse you.. Know any reason that this would happen? this was about a week ago by the way
