I think my power steering is going out? It has begun making a fairly loud sound when I turn the wheel and just about all of the time now, when the engine is reved, etc. My question is are you supposed to change the power steering fluid on a regular basis? and also is it fairly hard to fix something like this? As I am sure you can tell I am not the most mechanically inclined person in the world...Thanks...By the way the sound is a high pitched "Errrrrrrrrr" that gets more high pitched as the engine RPM's increase.
