what e.t.?

I have 2000 s-cab with 4.6 auto and 3.08 gear what do you'll than a good 1/4 e.t. would be? Thanks for the input

Slow....you did not mention a 4X4 or what size wheels...

Anything from slow to 17's....

This is just a guess...

You did not mention if you know how to launch or have been at the strip before....

Or is someone else driving or just a comparision...

Sorry I could not be more helpful...Give more info next time...

Thanks guys about what I thought. Its 2 wheel drive 235 70's and yet used to race a lot about 10 years ago had a lemans that ran 14.50's and a big block chevelle that ran 12.10's

Sounds like you been there...Since you know what you are doing you could probably bust into the 16's....

I will try it on a Weds. night soon the strip is only abut 10 miles from home. So no reason not to go. Sure wish it had more gear, but 22mpg on highway ain't bad either! Cain't have it all I guess

My 99 with a 5.4 ran 17.5 bone stock. With my mods I now run 16.7's. Nothing to write home about, but not bad for a 7000 lb truck!
