The previous owner of my truck told me it had Ford Racing injectors. How could I tell if it does or not?

 

Their no different, he just purchased from Ford racing. Orange are 19's. There's design II and III's. All made by Bosch. Design II's & III's are skinny and found in the car models. Truck injectors are called "Fat Body".

They are all Orange for your MY.
