I have a 2006 f150 with the romeo (vin w) 4.6 2v and I'm having trouble finding rings for it. The ford dealer is the only place I've foud that sells them and they're 400 bucks there, ridiculous. Any ideas? I've found 2003 4.6 2v rings would they work?

 

Tasca parts lists the rings as being the same as the 5.4 engine, priced at $33.00 per piston

 

Rock auto has 2 sets 1 is about $25 and the other is about $75 That would be for the complete ring set..

 

Thanks, I haven't tried tasca but I went to the ford dealer and they said the part numbers were the same between 03-06 so I'm ordering 2003s, had alot of trouble finding some for 2006 except on rock auto, but they had no info
