I have a Screw with tow package and (shocker) the 1.02 radiator. I was wondering if anyone in the Southern California (L.A. / Orange County) area knew of a dealer that had a cooperative service dept., as my dealer is being a pain in the a** about getting it replaced. If you've had a successful replacement, please let me know where and (if you remember) who the service writer you used was.

Yes, in may Redlands Ford. See service MGR but they also gave me the runaround for 1 month, and i bought my truck there. Good luck
