06 won't start

I have a 2006 f150 fx4 supercrew. Sometime the engine will turn over but will not start. I can pull the 20 amp fuse to fuel pump relay and it will start. The first time it done it I replaced the fuel pump, but I don't the fuel pump was bad then. Because not too long after that the fuel pump would not kick on about 150 miles away from home. After I pulled the 20 amp fuse it fired right up. I didn't have any troubles for almost a year. Now I have trouble at least once a week. It sucks having a truck that you are afraid to drive very far from home thinking that it might not start when you get somewhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Maybe swap that fuse for a new one? There could be something wrong with the one you keep pulling out and putting back in. Kinda like a light bulb that if tapped will come back on or go out but you really cannot easily see the problem.
