92 ford f150 5.8 multiple misfires

Hi all I'm new here but have a pretty big head scratcher. I have recently acquired 92 ford f150 with a 5.8 that wasn't running when I got it I went through it with new wire plugs iac tps distr with cap rotor and coil also have taken the hat off thinking it was an intake leak had it checked and put new gaskets and it has straighten up quite a bit it will at least run now but it is still missing on four cylinders 2-6-3-7 I think. They're all across from each other but I've checked fire and have pretty blue spark check fuel pressure and have 43psi,compression runnin mid hundreds 130-140 across the board I just don't know what else there could be to check. Could the ecm go half out and the truck still run ? Oh also put a new egr setup on it, timing set, and fuel pressure regulator.

Check your firing order and spark plug wire routing.

Ignition control modules can act goofy sometimes. Not saying that's your problem, but i've seen it happen.

It used to be on the distrubitor, but i believe in '92 to '96 it went to the left inner fender.
