Fuel Pump not coming on.
Need help Guys.
I have a 88 f250 with a 351efi. I installed a good used motor and also replaced both wiring harness. The motor will turn over and I replaced both relays but the fuel pump will not run. If i bypass the relay the pump will run but the engine will not start. Any info will be helpful.
