2 codes thrown and the mechanic has no idea how to fix it... Help!!!

I'm assuming it was when my father took my truck out of state. He put a 100 gallon reserve tank that has been sitting around for a long time in our in the bed of the truck to use that to fill up, but I don't think he cleaned it out. For all I know, there could have been diesel in there too.
All 100 gallons were used, so whatever was in THAT tank moved to my tank.

Fuel Pressure 4.6 - 5.4 1999 -2003. 30-45psi. 65 psi max.

Actually 29psi passes as well. 28psi may even pass. I'm not 100% about 28, but I know for sure 29 passes, - with the 4six anyway.
