Code P0351, P0352, P0353 help

Code P0351, P0352, P0353 help
Good Evening All,
I got back from a Bering Sea Patrol and my 1998 F-150 would not start! So I changed the Plugs, Wires, and Battery. Well it starts but is missing! running really rough on idle and acceleration. I read the codes and twice got P0351,P0352,P0353. looked them up and they look to be a code for the COP option. the truck does not have COP.
Please help.

Ok, plugs look good. I checked ohms and voltage check in range as per the HAYNES manual. I unplugged the vac line to the EGR valve and applied suction motor started to run a little rough but at idle but upon acceleration sounded like it should have?
