coils, wires, and plugs

will be replacing these within next few days on my 2002 5.4l

was wondering if yall had some suggestions on what i should get. building the truck slowly but surely for low end power so don mind spending a little more on something that going to last a while.

Can't beat OEM.

Plugs: Motorcraft SP-479, no antiseize, torque to 28 ft/lb.

Coils: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Visteon-...2fa4a1&vxp=mtr

Wires: You don't have any, you have COP (coil on plug).
