used spark plug info

I got a p0304 the other day. It was the spark plug. Why would the plug look like this after only 30,000 miles?

I'd say his is sort of a cross, a mutt rather lol.

Looks like Ash deposits maybe. Looks white, actually a little white isn't bad, - close to normal for that particular engine. A little lean is average IMO. BUT, that's some serious deposits . Looks like it may have bridged, -then it's all over. For the plug anyway. Looks like a snake-oil attack as well. What are you feeding that thing?

APP104/764? Wrong plugs for the engine. The correct plug is Motorcraft SP493.

Doesn't look like I've learned yet, does it? I didn't pay any attention to that. Check the time though, I guess I was a little foggy by then.

seafoam is the devil for the modulars. small engines like lawn mowers, or little dirtbikes are ok with it.
