Any how-to for changing the timing chains on an '04 4.6L?

What other parts do I replace while I'm in there? Do I need any specialty tools? How hard of a job is it?

And which kit should I use? The one without the 3 gears for $141 or with for $214?

I looked them up for an '04 4.6 so whatever that takes.

And what other parts should I get? Crank seal? Front cover or valve cover gaskets?
