hello all. I have a question for anyone that might know the answer. I wanted to change my PCV filter but I could not seem to be able to find it no matter how hard I looked. I am probabaly overlooking it. I have a 6 cyl 4.9 liter 96 ford F150. If anyone could haelp, please do!!!! Thanks a lot in advance...

There should be a rubber line going from your valve cover to the air cleaner box. The PCV valve will snap/plug into the air cleaner box. I'm not 100% familiar with the 4.9 in particular, this is just a setup used most commonly. Some even have a little filter inside the air cleaner box. At any rate it will be where it can draw the vented crankcase fumes back into the intake manifold.
