Yet another spark plug question

Been trolling around this site and found a lot of useful info. I'm changing the plugs in my 04 expedition. If I have my info right, the 5.4 2vs do not have the 2 piece plug and should not break as easy as the 3vs? I'm replacing with stock oem plugs and going to pull off the coils tonight as suggested and spray penetrating oil around the plug. Any other helpful tips?

The 2v's did not have any breaking issues and should not need penetrating oil. When reinstalling, torque to 28ft/lbs no antiseize.
