Hard start....... Help

I have a 1998 ford F150 5.4 4x4 it has a hard start problem. Only the first initial start every start after that is ok. I can try to start it in the A.M. and it just wont fire you can hear the engine just turn. Then I can use a can of ether and it starts fine. Here is the list of parts I have replaced plugs, coil packs, MAF, IACV, fuel filter. The stupid thing is it runs fine after it starts the first time....

Before your initial start, connect a gauge to the rail and turn on the key. It should prime to about 35 psi. The pressure should hold for at least 30 minutes.
