Hey guys

i just got my self a 2007 mark lt with a 5.4 L and i love the truck!!!

however i getting horrible gas mileage can anymore help

just put in new plugs ( thank god they didn't brake)
new fuel filter
mileage has gotten worse i put auto lite double platinum in
all coil packs are tight. all plugs in there spot
scanned the truck o2 sensors are responding well
no codes in system i suspect a coil is going
the truck is now at 8.4 mpg and lost all power
feels like the truck floods when you first step on the gas and is slower the
a honda with the d32 motor in it

anymore that could help me would be great

First try cleaning the MAF sensor. It's easy, free, and probably needs to be done anyway. A fouled sensor can cause all kinds of driveability and economy issues without setting a code.

what is "horrible" fuel mileage...Those trucks normally stock get from 13.6 to 15.6 average mixed driving.

As for the other question I just picked up the truck so
Stock tune on truck and on average iam getting 8.4
Mpg combined city and highway. Today I put $80 in
And got 177 km from gas light to gas light
