Just checked the website and it's model 3100c, which says it's CAN compliant

 

I got it figured out guys... I took out all the COP's and checked plugs conditions. Noticed a boot on the COP wasn't sitting properly, fixed it, truck fired ran rough for a minute or two and now good. I have to take it for a good run and I think it will be all good....
