Kinda depends...are you going to have it done at a shop, start to finish?

or...removing the heads and replacing them when they are rebuilt?

how much work are you doing?

Depends on whats involved. Start to finish having a shop do all including the R&R I wouldnt be shocked at a bill of over 4 grand especially at a dealer. If you did it all yourself maybe 1000-1500..

Gaskets will set you back near $500. Then whatever the shop charges you to redo the heads. Then theres always unexpected stuff that comes up..

Gaskets or head gasket replacement at a shop? Gaskets are about 100-120 I think, then the rest of the gaskets up are around another 60. Oh and head studs. Hot tanking, freeze plugs etc.. Yea, adds up quick
