Question Calibration Sticker on Door Pillar is Missing

I have a 99 F-150 XLT SC and need to find the Calibration Sticker number. The sticker is supposed to be on the driver side door pillar near the tire sticker, it is not there or anywhere else that I or the dealer can see. The dealer put the VIN number in OASIS ( Ford's Computer ) and the calibration number comes back blank. Is there a calibration number on the computer or somewhere else besides the door pillar? I need the number so the dealer can change the speedometer calibration for bigger tires. HELP!

If the calibration number is the number for the computer module on mine it was also printed on the computer and was visible without removing the computer.

The computer code also should be printed on a sticker on the frame of the passenger door. Three letters and a number.
