Where is the Fuel Line on a 5.4L?

I have a "fuel saving" device, and I want to see if it really works. They say to put it on the fuel line, as close to the electronic fuel injection system as possible. This is my first car, and the manual says nothing about it and no one else has asked as I could really use this. Any response would be very helpful, and if I get noticeable gains I'll report back.

Your fuel system uses high pressure lines with spring lock fittings that connect to your fuel rail. You'll find this connection on the drivers's side, rear of engine. Just an opinion, take it or leave it, but save yourself the time/effort/headache/money and don't waste your time installing this. Good Luck whatever you decide.

The only fuel-saving device I've ever used is my buddy's car.
