Angry COP'S from Global automotive

Do not buy there cop's they do not stand behind them at all and advertise a lifetime warranty.. They will ask you 50 million questions and not want to replace them. Ebay say well there is nothing they can do.. but that is a bad business practice they are doing... NO $^&*... If you want to see the convo I have had with them by email I will gladly send it to you.

I share you centiments, but unfortunately I think we're minority. Many have had good luck with them.

They are so cheap, many buy the 10 pack for the V10 so they will have a couple extra if they get a bad one. It's known that you may get a bad one from time to time, but it is certainly better than paying $80 each. I knew when I bought that there was a chance of a bad one, and could care less if they don't replace it. It is still the best bargin.

^^ Rock Auto for Motorcraft DG-511's.....$41.79 ea and that's before the whooping 5% discount. Global Automotive is no bargain in my book. I made a mistake through PayPay over a month ago in paying for a purchase to another company and accidentally sent Global $130.00 for nothing........guess what !, I am STILL trying to get my credit back, so as far as I am concerned they are Black Listed forever, NOT a company I want to do business with.

I know from this day forward they will never see another penny of my money.. Lesson learned ... they are still asking me for the codes and I have already given them the freakin codes... After I tell them they say what does it mean?

If you are mad at Global, buy them from Uneek Supply.

I will definately buy them from uneek before I use global... I will look up uneek on ebay and start dealing with them. I understand the economy is bad but screwing your customers that support you is not a way to stay in business.

Personally I wouldn't waste my time trying to get them to honor the "lifetime" guarantee, 10 bucks for each coil.. It isnt worth my time. Buy the 10 pack then you got a couple spares. They do fail right out of the box sometimes. All of them do even the expensive ones.

Yea, I already ordered new ones from uneek the 10 pack and aired them. It really isnt worth the time or effort. It just pisses me off they advertise lifetime warranty then don't want to fill there end of the deal. I am a business owner and do what I say and just feel as though businesses should do what they say.
