hi im lookin for a 5.4 crate does anyone know where to find a good one?

Accurate Engines
I've used Accurate Engines for my 5.4's. They do nice work and are a ton less money then the Stealership.

3 installs
I've done 3 installs with these motors.
Currently 8K, 45K, 60K miles on the engines.
all are running good.

You might also try...

gofastparts.com...they are in Redlands Ca & carry just about every crate engine known to man....everyone i have sent there is very happy with service 7 prices (fyi- there web site is a bit crappy)
