Plug spitting?
Can this happen at any rpm?
Or just high rpms.
Can it happen at idle?

Doesn't happen on the 04 new body style 5.4L.

It *can* happen with the 4.6 but not with your 3v 5.4. YOUR plugs are the ones which stick and break.
