Spark plug help

Damn it's been a while since I have been on here. Just got back from another deployment at the end of August. Went and got me a 2008 f150 lariat. I checked and I have the brown boots so I have the redesigned heads. It needs a plug change soon and I want to put denso iridiums in it but I can't find anywhere which ones I need. Anyone know? From what I'm getting its the IT16 or the IT20...

Denso doesn't make any plugs for your engine. The stock Motorcraft SP509 is a double platinum plug and is as good as any. The only iridium plug made for your engine is the NGK 372.

I though the 509's where the standard platinum and the 515's were the double platinum?

It's 507 single platinum and 515, double, but those are for the 2004 up 5.4 3V with the black boots.

These engines really prefer the Motorcrafts. I don't think you can get any better.
