When it is not starting but turning over, is the theft light on the dash bezel flashing? How did you determine it is not getting spark when there is a no start issue

Seems that you need to check the fuel pressure...make sure that the new fuel pump is doing its job.

was the fuel filter changed as well?? was it part of "stuff"?

make sure all you fuel lines are connected well....it maybe getting a little leak (not enough to leak out), but enough to create a air lock or suck air in.

when this doesn't start....try, (or have you tried), cycling the key On and Off a few times (3-6 times)...then try starting again.

Take your truck to a mechanic. Starting fluid on a fuel injected engine isn't a good idea. you need to get a definite answer on if you are getting fuel and spark.

Exactly lol. Yea, don't do that , you'll smoke the TPS ribbon. Here's usually the problem with your symptoms.

1. The battery. As unlikely as that sounds, they can do that when you drop below 11.8 volts.

2. Fuel regulator on the rail. When the regulator acts up, the rail can over-pressurize,- therefore shuts the injectors down.

3. Pump, that's an easy test, - KOEO, you'll hear it charge the lines. If not, pop the hood and touch the relay. If it's warm/hot its bad.

If you don't hear the pump and the relay checks out, slide under and hit the tank w/hammer, in the middle.
