computer wont reset

hey guys i have an 01' f150 7700 series with the 5.4l triton. This morning i installed a cold air intake a new air filter. I am trying to reset the computer. Ive read on there that it should be done after any plug work or an aftermarket is installed. I undid the positive and negative from the battery for nearly an hour. But when i connected it back up all my radio presets were still there! So im guessing it didnt reset. should i unhook the battery and wait longer? or try something else to reset the computer?

Radio is separate from computer. Some radios have NVRAM for settings. If you disconnected battery for an hour your computer is definitely reset.
