Alright. First thing you should do AFTER/IF your caught up on maintenance is check the fuel system. You need to check pump pressure, -get that out of the way. Low pressure could result in the symptoms it's having. So, determine that you have enough of it and make sure the filter has been changed lately.

If you don't have a pressure gauge, - Auto Zone has a free loner program. Leave a deposit, grab what you need. Return it, -get 100% of your deposit back. Take advantage... Oh, make sure they give you one with a Ford adapter.

New fuel filter in, Cleaned the Throttle body intake and the evap port. engine is hesitating at take off, and then seems to smooth out. Do I need a special tool to pull the plugs? I've had a heal -a coil- fix on one of the plugs.
